Does Taxnic support my province/territory? |

Taxnic supports all tax returns that filing to CRA (Canada Revenue Agency), including federal, 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada. Taxnic does not support Quebec provincial tax return in this year.

How will Taxnic benifit my business? |

Taxnic can be used for all types of the business activities including T1135(Foreign Income Verification Statement), rental(T776), business/professional/commission(T2125),farming(t2042) and fishing(T2121). Taxnic is designed to complement most of the tax forms and slips used in your particular business. Taxnic does not apply to AgriStability and AgriInvest programs (T1163, T1273) in this year.

How many tax returns can I create with Taxnic? |

CRA has required that Software Products certified under the NETFILE Certification Program shall limit the number of returns which may be filed either electronically or in hard copy form to a maximum number of twenty (20) returns. With one installation of Taxnic for Windows or one account in Taxnic Online, you can create up to 20 tax returns.

How do I print my tax return? |

Once your tax return is verified as correct and you have made a payment, you can print your tax return using the program Adobe Acrobat Reader.

What is Taxnic Security Strategy ? |

- We understand that your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important. All your privacy and confidentiality are encrypted in our database.
- Taxnic usability is flexible and freedom. Taxnic doesn't push you to enter your personal information first like other software program. You can input all the tax information,
then put your personal information when you need to netfile or print.
- All data transmissions between your computer and our secure servers are subject to 128-bit or 256-bit encryption.
- You can remove all your tax data from Taxnic.ca after file your return.
- For the Taxnic for windows, all the information include your password is stored in your machine. The account is protected by your email and password. Your email is just for reminding your password when you forgot.
Our server does not hold your password and the sole purpose for your requesting to recover your password.
